RESERVATIONS

Calabash requires a 30% deposit of the total tour cost upon confirmation of the safari and the balance 30 days prior to the arrival for clients to safeguard the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation must make in writing to Calabash Adventures and all cancellation will be charged a cancellation penalty depending on the number of days before tour departure:

• Between 45 days and 30 days                            No refund of the deposit
• Less than 30 days                                                 No refund of the land cost

There is no refund of any unused portion of your safari once commenced. Cancellation penalties on Airfare are additional and are not included in the above cancellation charges.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Calabash Adventures also retains the right to alter any arrangements due to local conditions. Calabash Adventures also retains the right to refuse any person from participating or continuing any tour for any reason or if that person causes or is deemed to cause hazard and/or inconvenience other passengers.

 Safari Car

4WD Land Rover 110 Tdi Defender or Land cruiser Hardtop Comfortable game viewing in specially outfitted 4-wheel drive Land Rover Defenders, the ultimate safari vehicles, with roof hatches and video camera charging sockets. The seats have been arranged to accommodate 4 -5 – 6 – 7 people in the Safari jeep. We can accommodate also 2 – 4 -6 to guarantee window seats

Rates

Where rates are affected by changes in Government taxes or any increasing of the cost by the third party, we reserve the right to pass on such increases to clients. No credit can be given for any safari/service not taken for pre-booked safari/services once client decided not to use it while on safari unless is paid direct by client.

Children Policy -Camping Safari

Child under 2 years sharing a room with 1-2 adults is accommodated on a complimentary basis, Child 2 to 12 years of age sharing a room with 2 adults is charged 50% of the per person adult rate. If own room is required 60% of the adult rate is charged. Young adult 13 to 17 years of age is charged 100% of the per person adult rate whether sharing or on their own. Please note these rates are not applicable to air flights and park entrance fees.

For couple you should expect to pay from 1250US$ on private Safari. We have discount for Children below 16 years Old. We don't organise schedule departure dates. Please arrange your own group. In order to enjoy discount please make sure you are 4 people. Deposit for this Safari is only 100US$
